My client a leading investment management house based in the heart of the west end is currently looking to expand its investment team be adding an investment associate reporting directly to the investment director. Candidate will ideally be CF30 qualified with experience in investment management, ideally degree educated with a drive and passion for the financial services.

Your key responsibilities will include:
• Maintaining the documentation and processes involved in on-boarding new clients.
• Maintaining KYC data on an on-going basis for new clients and when clients change information.
• Assist and take over responsibility, wherever practical, for the administration of the client base of the investment Director.
• Manage any corporate actions and significant dividends for the portfolios.
• Insure all periodic reviews are done in a timely and efficient manner E.g. KYC reviews, tax related reviews, valuations etc.
• Liaise with clients and deal with queries, as appropriate.
• Assist in preparing for existing and potential client meetings.
