THE COMPANY:

My client, a well known blue chip Investment Bank, is looking for a Sales Manager to join a new area of its operations. The successful incumbent will be expected to manage a team, develop sales plans, deliver exceptional performance and maintain risk management.

THE ROLE:

Roles and responsibilities will be as follows:
• Discuss and agree sales targets and how to reach financial goals and profitable sustained growth, whilst managing costs within an agreed budget.
• Lead effective sales, service delivery whilst taking the people management agenda.
• Manage operational risk by ensuring that you adhere to all banking risk policies and regulatory requirements, this includes the Data Protection Act and Anti Money Laundering.

THE CANDIDATE

Applicants should have the following:
• Experience of insurance, taxation, asset protection along with estate planning products and services.
• Knowledge of the Data Protection Act, Consumer Credit Act and the FSA.
• Be ‘au fait’ with UK and global economic and political conditions and the impact this may have on our clients.
• A first class general track record as well as being CFA, FPC or IMC qualified.
• Experience in a regulated managerial role.
