Well established fund of hedge funds and multi-manager portfolios dedicated to providing clients with quality risk-adjusted returns on a consistent basis over the long-term, seeks to expand its team with an appointment of a Research Analyst

The primary role of the research analyst is to work as a member of the investment monitoring team to provide independent oversight over existing investments across all hedge fund strategies, and to ensure that all characteristics supporting the initial investment thesis for adding each investment to the portfolios hold true going forward. Specific tasks include, but are not limited to development and adherence to customized monitoring plans for all the groups approved hedge fund managers. Monitoring plans include both quantitative and qualitative analysis in determining a managers’ ability to successfully generate and maintain investment returns, manage risks and oversee management and direction of their firm.

You will possess:
Strong Finance, Math, Statistics or Economics background.
MBA or CFA preferred; and at least 2 or more years of hedge fund or fund of fund experience and product knowledge. Hedge fund or fund of fund experience required.
