The Client:
A leading Private Bank based in the West End with substantial amounts of assets under management are looking to add an important member to the team. The role will be focused on servicing UHNW London based Russian clients on the offshore desk.
The Role:
• Provide clients with day to day support on their portfolio and account administration in the Russian and when necessary the Offshore team
• Support Relationship Managers in all aspects of service delivery: participate in client meetings, write up detailed call reports, work on proposals / letters, coordinate with service specialists to ensure accounts run smoothly
• Deal with customer enquiries regarding the operating of their investment accounts where appropriate
• Be responsible for booking and reporting of investments transactions for clients
• Retrieving of client portfolio information / valuations to meet client requests
• Assisting the relationship managers with Account Opening Process

The Candidate

• You must be fluent in both Russian and English to be successful.
• The successful candidate will have experience dealing with Clients on a day to day basis and will ideally come from a financial services background.
• Degree level of education would be beneficial.
