Job Description

This leading Lloyds Management Agency, listed on the London Stock Exchange is currently looking for an Accounting Advisory Manager who will be responsible for compliance with all aspects of technical accounting within the Group. The successful candidate will play a lead role in implementing relevant aspects of IFRS Phase 2 as well as managing the production of all regulatory returns including all Lloyd's and FSA returns (incorporating Lloyd's and general insurance market returns). You will also play a lead role in supporting the Group`s Solvency 2 project. Additional responsibilities include the development and maintenance of the finance control framework. The client requires a CA qualified accountant or equivalent, with strong insurance accounting experience and strong accounting technical knowledge, particularly IFRS and of the Lloyd`s market.
