Job Profile
As a Claims Advisor you will negotiate with insurers/suppliers to achieve the most beneficial, cost effective settlement for the client. Reviews and comments on policy wordings to improve claims settlement. Meets agreed standards of service, volumes and performance targets in accordance with bespoke Service Level Agreements. Reports large and/or contentious claims immediately to the Claims Manager. Assists with the audit of client’s claims statistics, the provision of summary reports and analysis prior to renal, as direct. Builds relationships with client, insurers and loss adjusters and understands the clients insurance programmes and service plans.

Applicant Requirements
It is essential when applying for this position you have previous claims experience. You will be responsive and courteous in dealing with internal and external clients and be able to prioritise busy workloads to achieve deadlines. You will demonstrate a positive attitude with the ability to work well either in a team or on own initiative.
