Job Description
My North Leicestershire based client is urgently looking for an interim Finance Manager for a temporary to permanent contract. This role is a hands on finance manager position that will also include managerial responsibility for the administration department. Your day to day duties will include the following; internal reporting and the improvement of these processes, full responsibility for the finance function (including payroll and HR) coupled with managing and motivating a small team of finance staff.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Accountant. You will have a proven track record of managing and motivating a team of individuals and leading from the front. You will be computer literate with excellent Excel skills (Pivot tables and look ups).
My client is a medium sized local organisation that pride themselves on their excellent service levels and market positioning. This will be an excellent temporary to permanent opportunity for the right candidate who proves themselves to be an able, determined and enthusiastic individual.
Only applicants with a suitable amount of UK based finance experience and who have a legal right to work within the UK will be considered.
