Job Description

Purchase Ledger Clerk required for my client based in Macclesfield. Working as part of a large dedicated purchase ledger function you will look after a set of supplier accounts. Duties will include matching, batching and coding of invoices, reconciliation of supplier statements, handling supplier queries effectively and efficiently and assisting the purchase ledger manager with the weekly payment run by BACs. You will help out with any other related purchase ledger duties.
You will have recent and relevant experience working within purchase ledger and you will be able to work in a fast past paced environment. You will be organised, methodical and able to priorities your workload effectively. You will have a confident and clear telephone manner and will enjoy working as part of a team.
