New team, new sector and fresh challenges. superb and genuinely rare opportunity for several experienced accountants to join the technical advisory division of this growing boutique provider of accountancy and consultancy services to private equity and private equity real estate firms. Established in London by a highly experienced management team, our client has an outstanding business model, first class training and development and the top position in the private equity outsourcing market. In order to keep on top of regulatory changes and provide an even more sophisticated service to their clients, the COO is looking to forge a technical accounting and advisory team to provide an internal consulting and reviewing service. You will support the main accounting function in terms of troubleshooting, reviewing final sets of accounts, advising on accounting policy and treatments with the chance to delve into a myriad of ad hoc projects for clients that will push your capabilities to new levels. This is a fantastic opportunity to join what will become the knowledge hub of the business. We're looking for candidates coming from strong private equity backgrounds, with the likelihood you qualified in practice or have had experience in a client facing role. This is not a role that will involve any accounts production and is best suited to people looking to move away from traditional roles. A thirst for knowledge and keeping up to date with regulatory issues affecting private equity is a must. You'll need to be driven and proactive with the ability to work independently and across multiple clients and projects.
