Job Description
My client is a well known global mid-cap Investment Bank and are looking for an Associate Director to come into the team to focus on UK based deals in the Retail & Consumer arena.
The deal flow is very strong due to established client relationships and a good origination team. You will be given plenty of responsibility and will be expected to help grow and develop the team. This team is well respected in the London market and are keen to bring in people who can add real value to the team and will ensure you are well paid for this.
In order to be successful you will need a strong skill set and a track history of established deals in the UK market with both IPOs and M&A transactions. A history of developing teams and leading deals would also be an advantage. The key is adding value and entrepreneurship and drive to succeed are key requirements.
