Job Description
My client, a fast-growing independent corporate finance boutique specialising in the Consumer sectors of Consumer Products, Retail and Leisure are seeking to strengthen their team with the hire of an Associate to support the next stage of their growth.
They offer corporate and private equity clients high quality strategic, M&A, debt and equity capital markets advice based on long-term relationships.
Associate candidates will play a key role in both the execution of transactions and marketing across all their Consumer sectors. You will lead the production of marketing presentations, liaise with clients, lawyers and other relevant parties and train, manage and delegate to analysts as required.
Ideal experience will come from a leading investment bank with exposure to the UK markets, UK takeover code and Listing Rules.
Candidates will take significant responsibility at an early stage, working with all members of the team on both origination and execution. Previous exposure to the Consumer, Leisure or Retail sectors would be a distinct advantage as well as an additional European language.
