Job Description

My client is an independent Investment Bank with strong global links and due to a strong flow of retained work, is looking to expand their London based Corporate Finance team. My client had a fantastic 2007 and the 2008 is already looking very promising. They specialise in Mergers & Acquisitions as well as divestitures, restructuring and capital raising across a variety of sectors in the key European and North American markets. This is an opportunity to be in the front line at an early stage and to own the credit for the work achieved by each individual yet ensuring you get the support from the Senior Professionals every step of the way. You will be encouraged to assume as much responsibility as your experience and talent warrant. This ensures you will develop quickly within a strong deal environment with good support. You will also be given plenty of opportunity to develop through both internal and external courses. In order to be considered for this role, you will need to have at least 1 years of Corporate Finance experience, whether from an Accountancy firm, Investment Bank or Boutique.
