Really top class opportunity for a newly qualified accountant (or equivalent) to join the business planning department of this swish and high profile global insurance company. This is very much a value adding and business facing role designed to support a number of key initiatives across the company with a 50/50 split between group wide budgeting, forecasting and planning & ad hoc, project led initiatives. You'll be working with some senior individuals across multiple product lines so need to have top notch communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines. You could we putting the final touches to a £200m IT budget one day and working with external consultants to implement a new cost capture system across Europe the next. Variety will be the key driver. We're looking for academically strong candidates coming from larger group environments (banks, insurance, FMCG, FTSE 100) with strong group level management reporting experience and the ambition and proactive attitude to make an impact at this leading global player.
