Job Description
Credit Manager required on a permanent basis for a newly created position. This is an exciting time to join the organisation, as a restructure in the department has allowed this position to arise. You will take responsibility for a team of two credit controllers, and be instrumental in driving the role forward.
The individual must have a proven track record of collecting debt and showing initiative to reduce debtor days. You must be a solid motivator and be able to lead and develop the team going forwards and ensure that they are focused upon the task at hand. Drive and determination is what will establish the suitable candidate.
My client is offering an excellent opportunity for the right individual to drive and mould this position going forwards. They are a well known organisation and have customers based globally. The role will report directly into the Finance Director. There are excellent benefits with this position.
