Job Description
Financial And Compliance Manager required for a rapidly growing business in Manchester. Responsibilities: completing all financial and accounting matters for the holding company, set up and maintain compliance systems for all commercial processes at group and subsidiary level, and support Group FC in aspects of group consolidation and budgeting. Other aspects to role will include group forecasting, accounts preparation, tax and treasury forecasting. The role will also involve some International travel to visit subsidiaries ensuring the processes and systems are in place.
You will be qualified either ACCA/ACA/CIMA or be qualified by experience with a relevant understanding of financial and compliance issues. You will be focused, driven, proactive and have a fine eye for detail. This role would suit someone who is commercial, has excellent communication skills, and is confident on systems and Excel.
This is a 70m turnover privately owned group specialising in renewable energy. It is in a period of continual growth and based on a solid financial platform supported by secure cash flows from long term projects, typically 10-15 years.
Only applicants with a suitable amount of UK based finance experience and who have a legal right to work within the UK will be considered.
