Job Description

Our client, a global Top 10 Practice, has an exciting new opportunity for a Corporate Finance Manager to cover 3 offices in Surrey. Reporting directly to Partner level you will be ACA or ACCA qualified and have proven experience in a Transaction Services/Mergers and Acquisitions environment and be able to display outstanding commercial awareness. Transactions undertaken could include acquisitions, bank refinancing and private equity. This is a very varied role, duties include - managing assignments, financial analysis, budgeting, preparation of reports, management of staff as well as an array of other ad hoc duties. A very generous salary and benefits are on offer with this role.
