Title: MIS Analyst
Location: Cardiff
Salary: up to £25K base

Our client is a leading Welsh blue chip organisation. They  now have a requirement for an analytically focused person to join their MIS team. You will be working in an Analyst role currently and ideally be degree educated or equivalent. Below are the details of the role.

Collation of data for distribution to the call centre management team i.e. operational statistics, competitor statistics, industry information, HR data, financial statistics, resourcing statistics
Provide a structured and tiered process to transform raw data into intelligent MI data to present to the senior management team using relevant systems
Take the initiative to develop and automate reports to provide timely and accurate information for internal and external clients
Co-coordinate resources and requirements as necessary
Act as central point of contact in relation to new report design and change requests
Ability to clarify & explain information of a complex nature to business users.

Requirements:
1-2 years in a reporting or analytical role and / or Business, IT, Financial or Analytical qualifications (College graduates will be considered)
Call centre knowledge and or experience desirable but not essential
Excellent numerical and analytical skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent presentation skills
