Job Description
Deputy Internal Audit Controller required for this fantastic Media company in Central Manchester. As directed by the IAC, you will provide support to enable delivery of an independent and effective Internal Audit Service with this organisation. You will be responsible for delivering assigned duties together with planned and ad hoc reviews to expected standards. Some aspects of the role will include detailed scheduled reviews and resources for quarterly planning boards and assisting the IAC with annual audit plans. This role involves UK travel. You will be CCAB qualified, preferably ACA/ACCA and will have the relevant experience necessary to undertake this role including risk management, corporate accounting, change management, and fraud investigations. You will have a sound diagnostic/analytical ability and be able to make informed decisions. Excellent communication skills are paramount as is the ability to dig into details without losing sight of the bigger picture. You will be able to positively impact the direction of the business by making links between observations/findings and then implementing improvements.
