Job Description
Payroll Manager required to lead and manage a high volume payroll function and will be working in a busy payroll office. You must be able to motivate and develop team performance to meet critical deadlines, dealing with staff at all levels in a professional manner. As a Payroll Manager you will also deal with pensions and all relating functions, with experience of setting and managing KPI's and reporting directly to senior management essential with this role along with excellent IT skills.
As an experienced pensions and payroll manager, you will have previous experience within a similar role. Ideally you must be IPPM qualified, preferably with a pension administration qualification with some project management experience. It would also be a distinct advantage if you were to come from an educational background.
