Job Description
Capita Financial Resourcing are recruiting for an Assistant Management Accountant for a company based within Manchester Science Park. They are sector leaders and currently have around 5000 people spread over a number of international sites. They are currently looking for an assistant accountant within their finance department and are looking for someone with strong accountancy skills.
Your duties will include:
-Responsible for the co-ordination of the Accounts Payable Functions, ensuring that all suppliers, volunteers and GPs are paid in a timely manner.
-Ensure all supplier queries are dealt with in a professional and timely manner.
-Perform monthly measurement reports in relation to departmental goals and objectives
-Assist the Financial Accountant in preparation of month end and year end accounts
-Perform transactional adjustments for departmental reports.
To apply for this positon you must possess the following skills:
- Have a wealth of experience within general accounting roles
- Have the ability to take accounts to trial balance
- have bthe abilty to work alone or as part of a team
- Be self motivated
- Be proficient on Microsoft Excel
