Job Description
CAPITA FINANCIAL RESOURCING are pleased to be representing a leading telecommunications company in their search for a personable and enthusiastic CREDIT RISK ADVISOR. Based in their offices in Manchester this is a varied position offering a competitive salary, excellent working environment and numerous benefits including free parking and up to 28 days holiday.
The role will involve the following responsibilities:
•Ensure all customer accounts are updated with monies, credit and invoices, to maximise income revenue
•Ensure the collection of all outstanding monies via direct debit, credit cards, cash payments and BACS and manage the debt cycle
•Credit check private and corporate customers
•Set up new accounts, raise credit notes, monitor credit limits and chase payment when exceeded, submit direct debits and post payments to accounts
•Print and post reminder letters and final demands
Relevant skills and attributes required:
•Experience in a finance or credit environment is an advantage
•Educated to a minimum GCSE level
•Strong working knowledge of all Microsoft packages
•Excellent ability to communicate at all levels
•Strong telephone manner with the ability to be resilient, whilst remaining polite and courteous
•Ability to prioritise and manage own workload
