Claims Team Leader
London

A top-tier investment house, are currently growing its claims business area and are therefore seeking to recruit a dynamic individual who is keen utilise and develop there existing skills in a challenging environment.
Responsibilities to include meeting deadlines for payable and receivable cash claims on behalf of exclusive clients, management of relationship with client through daily communication, risk management & reporting, monitoring of various reports and accounts and preparation of management reports to direct manager at a client level and timely response to queries from internal and external counterparts.
The successful candidate will interface with colleagues across the other Asset Servicing teams. After the initial 6 months the candidate will gain a strong understanding to the majority of core tasks performed by the team and have a good understanding of the processes performed by the other Asset Servicing Teams. The individual will also have developed a relationship with the clients they are assigned.
Parts of the role that may differ to other organisations e.g. cross-product involvement. The role may require cross training over other Asset Servicing products.
