Job Description
My client, Europe's top independent practice specialising in Business Performance Management Consulting is looking to add four Junior Consultants to its engagement teams. Their client base includes a number of the FTSE 100 as well as many top European organisations.
The role is entirely project based and you will get the opportunity to consult, as part of an engagement team, on a wide variety of BPM strategy and implementation engagements in many blue chip organisations. This role would ideally suit candidates who have completed between 1-3 years of a finance graduate scheme who are excited by the diversity, camaraderie, prestige and fun that consulting offers. This is an amazing opportunity, not only because it is very rare that a leading Consulting firm open up their doors to relatively junior level candidates, but because those successful will be given huge amounts of hands-on training and development from some of the best Consultants in the business in a niche, nurturing environment.
Your core experience will either be in financial planning/Essbase or in a finance Consolidation tool ideally Hyperion (others including Outlooksoft, Cartesis Cognos and Magnitude will also be considered.) You will have a strong academic background, be motivated by a client facing environment and have the potential to develop into a very high profile collaborative influence within top global organisations.
