If you are a Financial Controller, Finance Manager or Accountant doing a job that lacks challenge and variety, this could be just what you have been looking for. You will be a key member of a small team whose job it is to find and set up new international clients who are outsourcing their accounting functions in the UK and Europe. Your prime responsibility is for setting up all the systems and processes new clients need, ensuring that their accounts are produced accurately and resolving the early "teething problems" before handing over to the operational teams. In addition, you will work on preparing and presenting bids and general business development activities.

We are looking for an outgoing person with excellent communication skills and the ability to persuade and influence clients and colleagues. At the same time, we need a natural deadline driven organiser, problem solver and project manager. All this should be linked to the core accounting skills required to set up accounting processes and systems and to produce/review monthly management accounts including profit and loss accounts, balance sheets and cash flow statements. This means that we need a qualified or qualified by experience accountant from a commercial or accounting practice background.
