Job Description
Financial Controller required for an exciting opportunity to take on the number one finance role with my client due to a forthcoming retirement. The Financial Controller role will involve month end reporting on all aspects of the organisation's performance as well as producing statutory accounts up to the trial balance stage.
As the successful candidate you will have prior experience in a similar Financial Controller role within a small/medium sized service organisation. You will be happy to get involved in the 'nuts and bolts' of the accounting process and offer ad hoc reporting support to the Managing Director as required. Previous Sage systems experience is essential.
My client is a medium sized city based marketing organisation who deal with key clients including IBM. My client is looking to organically grow their business over the next few years. My client is easily accessible by road, rail or bus.
Only applicants with a suitable amount of UK based finance experience and who have a legal right to work within the UK will be considered.
