Job Description
Pensions/Payroll Administrator required for a well established organisation based in Birmingham. My client has been around for a very long time and are by far the market leader in their field and due to their success they require a pensions assistant, who can also display good payroll skills. Your duties will include giving quotes to employees, setting up pension plans and applying tax codes. You will also be liaising with the Inland Revenue to keep on top of your work. You will also be involved in payroll, where you will be doing monthly and weekly payroll and dealing with SSP and SMP.
You must be an experienced individual who will have the tenacity to achieve your goals. You must have previous experience working in a pensions environment and have the ability to build rapport with employees and be able to show a good knowledge about tax code law and the Inland Revenue. Other essential attributes are organisational skills and attention to detail.
My client specialise in the manufacturing sector and have built their success on providing high quality products. You will be working 9am till 5.30pm Monday to Friday and get a pension, holiday pay and many more benefits. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong pensions experience who is looking for their next step in the field.
Only applicants with a suitable amount of UK based finance experience and who have a legal right to work within the UK will be considered.
