Job Description
Financial Controller required to head the Management Accounts team. Your duties will include; development of the monthly management accounts reporting package to meet the needs of the business and ongoing preparation each month, management and development of the Management Accounts team to improve efficiency and effectiveness of financial reporting; review and improvement to internal control systems, with focus on balance sheet reconciliation processes and ensuring compliance with all Group policies related to Finance. Manage the month end, quarter end, and year end close process.
You will be professionally qualified, ideally ACA, either looking for that first move out of a professional practice environment or looking for a new challenge within industry. In addition we are looking to appoint a candidate with financial acumen and strong leadership skills and ability to delegate to and develop the team.
