Job Description

HR Manager required to report into the managing Director and lead the HR team. You will be accountable for all aspects of HR, health and safety, process management and business reporting. You will design and implement policies and procedures and focus on change management within the organisation. You will work closely with senior management to ensure training and development is in place for all employees. You will also oversee property lease requirements and insurance.
The successful candidate will have a proven background in a generalist HR position. You will be able to work at both an operational and strategic level building strong relationships with senior managers and Directors. You will be CIPD qualified. You will be able to prioritise workloads and be confident in your manner. You will be commercially focused and driven.
My client is based in the West Midlands. They have around 150 employees and are looking to grow the organisation. They are looking for a natural leader for this HR vacancy and offer a fantastic opportunity for those looking for a challenge. The are ideally located.
