Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Internal Audit your brief will be to speak to key stakeholders within the business, before devising a focused assignment plan. Contribute to the improvement of the adequacy and effectiveness of the organisations risk management, control and governance. Champion best practice and ensure high quality reports are delivered with clarity and purpose. Ensure that a culture exists of continual improvement in controls by ensuring that audit recommendations are implemented. Work effectively as part of a small committed team raising the profile of internal audit and risk
Analytical with strong problem solving skills you will be a Member of The Institute of Internal Auditors or a professionally Qualified Accountant with one of the CCAB institutes. You will possess practical internal audit knowledge gained in a complex and diverse environment with significant experience of using both risk and systems based internal audit approaches. To have led the operational delivery and successful completion of internal audit assignments for a wide range of different systems and processes financial, operational and support systems.
