Job Description
Our client, a Financial Services giant based in Berkshire requires 3 Pensions Administrators for a 12 month period to provide technical support required to assist the acquisition of new bulk annuity business.
Responsibilities:
? Acting as a key point of contact for Trustee, IFA or member enquiries both over the telephone and in writing in order to provide excellent customer services.
? Setting benefits up for members using in-house payment system.
? Answering queries from internal and external customers and ensure appropriate action is taken to resolve enquiries.
? Producing tender for occupational pensions schemes.
? Reconciling financial data to ensure the smooth transition of payrolls for both existing and new schemes Deferred Annuity team.
? Producing transfer value, retirement and death benefit quotations for scheme members.
? Providing benefit estimates for deferred pensioners.
? Working on large pensions schemes, including picking up the relevant systems (Access and web-based).
The ideal candidate will be of graduate calibre with strong Maths (ideally to a-level standard) and previous pensions administration experience. This role presents and outstanding opportunity to gain experience within a large blue chip organisation.
