Job Description

One of the world's leading life insurers are currently recruiting for a Finance Manager to join their corporate team for a minimum of 4 months, with the distinct opportunity for the successful applicant going permanent. With rates in the region of £450pd this is an excellent position for any accountant who is looking to build upon their financial reporting background. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to: Consolidation and production of required reporting to the Group and regional stakeholders doe external reporting cycles. Work closely with the Forecasting and Planning and MI Teams within the department to provide support and assistance. Contributing to the ongoing design, development and testing of the teams approach to consolidation and reporting (process efficiency). Helping to establish and maintain industrial strength internal controls which meet both internal and external policies and standards. The ideal candidate will possess an overall mix of accounting and group reporting process skills. Possess managment acumen and be able to direct team members.
