Job Description
Are you a Manager within practice looking for a firm where you can be in charge of small yet rapidly growing Audit department and make your mark? Would you like to become a Partner in the short to medium term? If so, this 5 Partner firm is looking for an existing Manager to oversee the smooth running of both the Audit and Business Services departments, and be groomed for Partnership!
Currently working in practice as a Manager, you must be ACA or ACCA qualified and be prepared for a varied and exciting new role, based in an office over 40 staff. You must be prepared to bring over your own ideas to improve how things are undertaken in this firm, and in turn be rewarded for your contributions.
You will not only supervise and manage the smooth running of the Audit and Business Services departments, but also get involved with compliance work, mentoring and staff training, tax and other ad hoc projects such as due diligence. You will be working very closely with the Staff Partner, and learn some valuable new skills that are necessary to become a successful Partner.
Only applicants with a suitable amount of UK based finance experience and who have a legal right to work within the UK will be considered.
