Job Description
Global Payroll Supervisor required to join an ever expanding finance / HR department. The role will entail you to manage two payroll clerks, manage the bi-weekly UK payroll for approximately 1,000 people and monthly pension payroll for approximately 600 people; and you will also be responsible for statutory reporting for international payroll for 150 employees. You will be reporting directly into the Financial Controller.
The successful candidate will have minimum of 5 years of payroll experience, and knowledge of SAP payroll systems would be beneficial. You must have excellent knowledge of UK statutory payroll reporting requirements, you must be customer-service oriented with a demonstrated professional demeanor and communication style, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality, a strong ethical behavior in workplace practices.
