Job Description
Are you a Corporate Finance Manager or Senior Manager looking for your next big challenge? Would you like to prove yourself in a challenging new role, and prove you are Partnership material?
Your role in this Top 40 firm will include mergers and acquisitions, private equity, initial public offerings and other corporate finance work. You must therefore be from a strong Corporate Finance background, and be prepared to get involved with a high element of business development. The role will principally involve leading both M&A and private equity transactions typically in the 5 million to 50 million deal size range.
Working from the London office, you will be expected to bring in new business, and help this small yet growing department grow and become even more successful than it already is. This opportunity represents the perfect opportunity for you to prove your ability, and demonstrate that you should be promoted to Partner in the short to medium term.
Only applicants with a suitable amount of UK based finance experience and who have a legal right to work within the UK will be considered.
