An award winning Corporate Finance boutique is seeking an Associate to join their expanding Mergers and Acquisitions operations. You will be part of an exciting Corporate Finance House which have extensive experience and consistent success in the full complement of advisory functions, including Exit Strategies, MBOs and MBIs, Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions, Cross-Border Transactions, Equity Release (?cash out`) within small-mid cap markets. Analyzing new business opportunities, you will perform diverse strategic analysis activities regarding Corporate Finance. You will take a leadership role in strategic deals and be involved in executing a significant number of mandates. You will also be challenged to generate new business, take on large deals. To be successful ideally you will be an investment banking trained, corporate financier with 5-6 years experience. Alternatively you will be from an ACA (first time pass) background, with four years transaction experience. You must be Lead Advisory experienced (Private Equity and private company mergers and acquisitions) - candidates purely from a transaction services background will not be considered. YOU MUST HAVE UK MARKET EXPERIENCE. Very competitive salary and bonus scheme.
