Job Description
One of my most prestigious clients has a superb opening has for an Associate position. My client is a Bulge Bracket caliber Boutique focused on the Real estate, hotel, gaming, & lodging sectors. They are a corporate finance house with an internal Private Equity Fund based in Mayfair in London's West End. This is an exceptional opportunity to become part of an outstandingly profitable and exciting business.
They are market leaders in the Real Estate field and compete with the Bulge Bracket banks for ranking positions. They are seeking someone who has had prior financial industry or investment banking experience and who is looking to continue along a successful M&A path.
To be considered you must have an undergraduate degree or the equivalent coupled with Corporate Finance mergers and acquisitions experience. You will only be considered if you have familiarity with the Real Estate sector and the corporate landscape. Other important pre-requisites are strong analytical and modelling skills and the basic Knowledge of accounting and financial concepts, for instance the ability to analyse and value businesses. You must be comfortable networking directly with senior members of staff and clients from some of the world`s largest corporations, as well as with smaller, emerging clients
