Job Profile
A position has arisen for an Administrative Assistant to work from the companies Wakefield office. You will hold responsibility for supporting the development team, by providing an excellent back office service. You will liaise with the Line Manager and Designate with regard to requirements and identify the teams needs. Set up an effective filing system and provide a quick turn around of files in order that the development team can provide a timely service to their clients. Input data in a timely and accurate manner, deal with all policy amendments, process renewal terns and issue policy documents.
Applicant Requirements
It is essential when applying for this position that you have previous administrative experience and a knowledge of motor insurance would be desirable. You will have excellent computer literacy and keyboard skills with an articulate and confident telephone manner. GCSE grades A-C in Maths and English or equivalent is essential.
