Do you want to work along side some of the most experienced successful Bulge Bracket people in the technology sphere? Are you interested on working on some of the most highly renowned cross-boarder transactions with the greatest minds? My client is a London-based independent investment boutique focused exclusively on the technology sector and they are looking to grow at the first year Associate level. Globally, they have strong client relationships and give advice on public and private M&A deals, financial restructuring, equity capital raising as well as further advisory services. They work on both buy-side and sell-side transactions and work very closely with the established Venture Capital society. The firm's partners are all ex-senior members of Bulge Bracket s and have access to well reputed technology M&A groups across the European platform. This wealth of knowledge and contacts, and the diversity of experience acquired through many years of initiating, negotiating and executing complex strategic transactions, has furthered their position as leading advisors in this arena. Even though market worries cloud people`s perception, deal flow is tremendously strong and they are not affected by balance sheet worries. Most importantly their market position is online to increase on their 7 deals a year they usually complete. We are only considering talented, highly motivated individuals with a genuine interest in the technology market. This position offers the rare opportunity from day one to be involved in a small transaction teams, gaining immediate, valuable and in depth client interaction within this fast moving sector. It is the perfect role to blend Bulge Bracket expertise with a boutique approach and environment. To apply, you should have a strong academic record and be the equivalent of a 3rd year analyst or 1st year associate at a leading Investment Bank or M&A firm. Strong communication skills are a must as well as a self-starting proactive attitude. European language, particularly German or a Scandinavian language would be an advantage although not a necessity.
