Job Profile
Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Adviser to join this very well established Estate Agency chain, with the backing of a national company. Based in Hull you will be required to provide mortgage advice to new and existing clients within the area. Working very closely with the negotiators within the branch you will be dealing with various types of mortgages, including residential, buy to let and right to buy and the associated protection products, including protection, ASU and buildings and contents. Not only are all the leads provided by the Estate Agency staff, but you will also have access to the existing database of clients through this successful organisation. You will receive commission on everything you write.

Applicant Requirements
It is essential that you have full CeMAP or equivalent and possess mortgage advisory experience. You should have an excellent understanding of the mortgage market and the associated protection products and have the confidence and experience to deal with clients at all different levels. You should be used to working within a team environment and be self-motivated.
