Job Description

My client is a world renowned Independent Investment Bank and are looking to increase the London office by hiring at the Analyst level to help with the deal flow. They have continued to grow year on year due to a lack of debt on the books and are now utilising this to take another step forward in the market. This firm is a market leader and has recently taken on a new Director and as such they are now looking to increase headcount at the Analyst level. They offer unrivaled exposure to transactions within the team and you will be working alongside some of the most respected bankers worldwide. You will be working in a team environment on a variety of mergers and acquisitions-related transactions. Analysts are important contributors to the firm's activities and are encouraged to handle meaningful responsibility on the transaction teams. Candidates are wanted from other top institutions and you will require at least 1-3 years of full-time M&A transaction experience from a strong firm in order to be considered for this role. Sector focus is not an issue as they offer the chance to be as generalist or as specific as you desire. Other European languages are a plus but not required.
