An excellent vacancy has arisen for a Financial Adviser to work for a national Financial Services Company who are completely Independent and are part of a major Banking organisation. Based from the branch in Carlisle, the branch is targeted to produce a minimum of 60 leads per quarter. The deposit balances of the branch are 82 million pounds. All branch staff take part in an excellent bonus scheme which pays based on performance against both lead and commission targets. There is a portfolio of over 320 clients with an average portfolio value of £64k which would be allocated these have been relationship managed by the previous adviser. This continues to be a superb source of business. The branch has the potential for delivering results and the earnings that reflect that success. OTE will be in the region of £50k, at 125% this would increase to £63k and to £79k at 150% of target.

Applicant Requirements
All applicants applying for this vacancy should have a strong Financial Services Consultancy background, preferably within a Banking organisation, however top performers will be considered. You will possess a successful track record working within a targeted environment. You will excellent product knowledge and have a good understanding of the industry. You will be able to build good working relationships and have experience of being able to motivate others. Full FPC or equivalent is essential. You should have also attained CAS Status.
