Title: Accounting Policy VP
Salary: £75,000 to £90,000

An exceptional accounting policy VP is required by a top tier investment bank.

As part of this small team, you will be a pivotal member responsible for addressing accounting issues as structures are developed; reviewing/analyzing transactions with SPEs to ensure appropriate accounting treatment; and attending various industry accounting committee meetings.
Ideally, you will be a qualified accountant (CPA, ACA), with previous experience within a financial institution, as well as knowledge of capital markets and an understanding of securitizations transacted via special purpose entities (SPEs). US GAAP knowledge as applied to complex financial instruments is critical.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is looking to strengthen their technical expertise in a growing and successful firm.
