Job Description
Interim Director Of Finance And Assets required for an immediate start. Reporting into the Chief Executive Officer and managing a team of 8 staff you will take direct ownership of the financial, asset management and ICT functions ensuring the delivery of effective and efficient services.
You will be CCAB qualified with a proven record as a part of a senior management team within the supported housing sector. Solid knowledge of risk management processes and organizational skills is essential as is have strong communication skills.
A local and National charitable trust that has been established since the early 1930's based just outside of the M60 south. They provide supported accommodation and training along with a variety of charity shops and fundraising clubs.
Only applicants with a suitable amount of UK based finance experience and who have a legal right to work within the UK will be considered.
