Job Description
HR Consultant required to manage a small team of HR Advisors, ensuring they are well managed and motivated. You will manage a varied portfolio of casework and deputise for the HR Business Consultant when necessary. This role also involves providing effective and flexible HR consultancy support service to the company across a range of employee relations matters. You will be responsible for developing HR policies and procedures, ensuring that business needs are met and reflect best practice.
The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified and have a generalist HR background. Public sector experience would be an advantage. You will have experience of managing or supervising staff and have a previous track record of leading, motivating and inspiring them to achieve their full potential and deliver a high performing service. Above all you will be able to build strong relationships with your team and have excellent inter-personal skills.

Only applicants with a suitable amount of UK based finance experience and who have a legal right to work within the UK will be considered.
