Job Description
Sarbanes Oxley specialist required to assist in ensuring compliance with Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) requirements. Specifically this will include monitoring of process changes and control of management reporting, preparing for internal and external audits and lead the change processes in support of the introduction of new products and services.
The ideal candidate will be ACMA, ACA or ACCA qualified with a proven track record of leadership, initiative, teamwork and effective communication skills. An excellent working knowledge of SOX is essential as is the ability to make an immediate impact and drive change throughout the business. You will be available to start ASAP and fully commit to the full term of the project.
