Job Profile
The role of Management Administrator/Secretary is to provide a comprehensive administration, support and secretarial service to the management team within the claims department. Duties will include audio typing, HR administration, including sickness and absence management and providing a secondary point of call for both internal and external contacts in the absence of the management. You will work closely with the claims management team and will be required to develop strong working relationships in order to resolve issues in their absence.
Applicant Requirements
In order to be considered for this position, applicants are required to have experience within a secretarial or administration support role. Audio typing skills would be a distinct advantage, as would exposure to confidential work within a HR environment. You must be able to work on your own initiative and be confident in your written communication skills. A good educational background is essential.
