Job Description

A new vacancy for a Corporate Sales Support Administrator to join the Kingston upon Thames branch. working on a 6 month fixed term contract You must be CFP qualified or equivalent and have relevant experience.

Job Profile
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Sales Support Administrator to join the Kingston upon Thames office of this major life and pensions company working on a 6 months fixed term contract. You will provide ongoing administration service in line with the client specific agreement across the full corporate product range. Activities will include processing new entrants onto the back office system, leavers, retirements, renewals, death claims, change in circumstances and if appropriate premium account queries. You will co-ordinate the re-broke on Group Risk products liaising with product providers to achieve competitive rates. You will assist with the management of new business pipeline business, monitoring month end income to ensure it is put on risk in a timely manner. You will support the consultants in preparation of data analysis and other associated work. You will handle incoming client, branch and commission queries over the telephone/letter in line with requirements.

Applicant Requirements
You must be CFP qualified/part qualified desirable (or equivalent) and have a financial services background with working knowledge and experience of all financial services products is essential. You must have experience working with insurance companies in a similar role is desirable. You must be IT literate and have knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.
