Job Profile
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Paraplanner to join a leading life assurance organisation in their Watford office. Duties include building credible long-term relationships with clients over the telephone and face to face. Producing portfolio rebalancing reports for clients which analyse and explain investment markets, research and prepare technical client reports showing complex investment data within agreed timescales using appropriate material and criteria. Interpret technical information gathered and provide accurate documentation and quotations. Maintain up to date technical knowledge of investment markets, product specification, advice guidelines and compliance procedures and identify areas for improvement.

You will be a strong team player contributing positively to the team, customer focussed; dealing with customers and colleagues you will enjoy providing a first class service. Strong planning and organisational skills you will need to be extremely accurate, highly organised and be able to prioritise effectively to ensure that the highest level of quality is always maintained. You will be able to use your own initiative, make timely and effective decisions and take actions to solve identified problems. Must hold the AFPC (or equivalent) or be working towards it. Knowledge of investment markets, taxation, trusts and the wider financial services industry.
