Job Profile
An exciting vacancy has arisen for a Paraplanner/Sales Support Administrator to join the Corporate department of a financial services organisation based in Warwick. You will oversee all renewals of group risk schemes and provide assistance to the Directors/Financial Consultants. You will assist with research and prepare tender documents for new business leads. To prepare renewal reports for Group schemes and process new business applications. You will assist the Directors/Consultants with both pre and post sale corporate client servicing and all other administration. You will provide administration back up to Directors/Consultants and other members of the team. This will involve contact with insurers, clients, dealing with both incoming and outgoing emails and post.

Applicant Requirements
Applicants must hold the full FPC or equivalent and have required technical knowledge. Experience in the group pensions market (including group personal pension plans and stakeholder pensions) and the group risk market (including group life assurance, group income protection and private medical insurance) would be an advantage. You must also have excellent communication skills and basic IT skills.

Located in a recently re furbished 1st floor purpose built office close to rail and bus stations. The company was established in 1974 in London. This branch was opened in 1980 to deal with more general business. There are currently 35 employees at the branch and 60 within the company in total. The company handles commercial insurance with specialist knowledge of the Motor Sport industry.
