Property Inspections Organisation is seeking a Claims Technician for their Buildings Claims Department based in the Sheffield area.

Job Profile
Leading Property Inspections Organisation is seeking to employ a Claims Technician for the Buildings Claims Department. The role involves the assessment of allocated buildings insurance claims for validity, scope and cost of buildings repairs in compliance with agreed service levels and documentary procedures. Duties will include ensuring that survey reports contain all relevant information, liaising with surveyors to obtain information and provide assistance on standards and procedures, logging complaints and producing reports and letters and responding to enquires. Salary is negotiable dependent on experience.

Applicant Requirements
Candidates must have a detailed knowledge of property/buildings/household insurance claims. An understanding of building construction techniques is desirable. You will have excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills, be IT literate, work well equally well within a team environment as own initiative and have a good educational background.

Specialist property claims organisation who specialise in building maintenance and repairs. Offices are located just outside the Sheffield city centre. There is car parking for staff.
